For example, an essay on the theme “Nature of the Native Land” is written. Describe in the introduction, what is remarkable native nature, and why the beauty of nature of the native land was the theme of the essay. Substantive part
The content part is the most important, the main part of the work, it reveals the topic and explains the essence of the work. Show your vision of nature, how other authors see nature in fiction. Avoid a simple narrative or paraphrase, try to describe in a meaningful way the most vivid impressions that nature leaves on you.

For greater clarity, try a mental walk through your favourite places in your native forest, look into your favourite places in your native nature, describe what you see around you, how you imagine nature and what nature means to you. Exploring the subject of the essay to the reader will be the main task of the substantive part of the work.

The final part
The final part summarizes all the work and draws conclusions from the topic of the essay; the final part should not be large, but thorough. In the final paragraph it is possible to smooth out all the defects during the work on the essay, if it will be clear, if possible, brief and confident completion of the work, fully answering all the questions asked. Spread out, as they say, all the dots above the letter “Yo”! Is gre hard, but you will figure it out over time.

An essay-reason is always intended to convince the reader (listener) of something, to change or consolidate their opinion on a certain issue (if the opinion of the author and the reader are the same).

Therefore, the basis of the reasoning, its core is clearly formulated, understandable and justified from different positions one main idea.

We write an essay-reflection on a free topic.
Step one. Clearly and fully articulate the thought you want to prove.

What parts of the essay-reasoning consists of?
A complete essay-reasoning consists of 3 parts. This:

The thesis (the thought, the judgment, the position that you have formulated and which you will prove);
arguments (each of them must serve as a demonstrative, accomplished, and therefore convincing proof of your thought);
conclusion (it essentially repeats the thesis, but brings it to a new level by broad generalizations, forecasts, recommendations, etc.).
An optional, but desirable part of the reasoning is a brief introduction, the task of which is to involve the reader in the dialogue, to outline the essence and urgency of the problem.

Example. The topic of the essay-reflection is “First loveā€¦”. One can talk about the first love endlessly (as well as about other questions), that is why we immediately take step one – formulate a thesis.

With the thesis “The first love – the most important stage in a person’s life, which will affect all future relationships and the personality itself”, the introduction can be such: “For teenagers, it becomes the meaning of life, and in adults, it brings a condescending smile. However, in vain parents and friends smile: according to psychologists, the first love hides the source of our “adult” happiness and misfortune.

The main part: arguments, content of arguments
The argumentation in the composition-reasoning should take at least 2/3 of the total volume. The optimal number of arguments for a small (school or exam) essay is three.

The best arguments are widely known historical facts (or not very well known, but which can be easily found in authoritative sources – encyclopedias, reference books, scientific works, etc.). Statistical data, the events under discussion will be good proof. In the practice of school compositions, the most important argument is a literary work, but not all of it, but that episode, storyline, the story of the hero, which confirms your idea. Most common words on gre for composition.

To choose the right arguments, mentally each time talk your thesis and ask him the question “Why?

Example. Take another thesis related to the topic “First love” – “To love is to get better”. Why?

By striving to please the other person, we improve. It’s a literary argument. Tatyana Larina, wishing to unravel Onegin’s soul, spends days in his library reading books, greedily looking at the notes left by Eugene and reflecting on what has been read. She not only understands at last what kind of person her fate has brought her together, but also grows up spiritually and intellectually herself.
Personal experience can also serve as an argument, but remember that such proof is the least convincing and it is good to present it as an extension to the main facts known and authoritative.

Step two. Pick up the arguments that support your thought and arrange them in the following order: “very convincing – quite convincing – most convincing.”

Conclusion
The conclusion deepens the thesis, contains – albeit not explicit – advice, rules and offers forecasts.

Example. The first love, no matter what age it may be, can turn a person into a tough, ruthless cynic, and an incorrigible romantic, and realist, not ruling out any possibility for himself.

The first will be deeply unhappy: he will not be able to love, and therefore, will remain alone. The second from the absolute optimism of “love forever” often passes to the same pessimism of “love is not”. And only the third is able to find harmony. In order for such people to become more and more, adults, relatives and friends should treat the feelings of adolescents and children with care and seriousness.
